New Customers

Please note if this is the first time you will be using our service, we will need to arrange a consultation with you prior to your departure. We usually require a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice, but will try and accommodate your request if we are available.

One of the benefits of being a valued customer, is you are just a txt away from making a booking, even at short notice, we can usually accommodate your request.
How do I pay for my booking?
New customers:
A 20% deposit is required at the consultation to secure your booking and the balance to be paid prior to your departure by cash, cheque or by direct credit.
Existing Customers:
You may leave cash or a cheque for us to collect at our first pet sitting visit or pay by direct credit. Please make cheques payable to Pet Sitters NZ
Full payment is required in advance
