Cancellation Policy

Off Peak (School term)

New Customers A 20 % deposit is required to confirm all bookings which is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
In the event of returning home before your due date, credit may be put on your account for any visits that need not be completed 24 hours after receiving your call.

Repeat Customers No deposit required or cancellation fee

Peak Season  (School holidays) 28 days notice from start date of booking

New customers 20% of booking total
Repeat customers No cancellation fee

27 days – 8 days notice from start date of booking

New customers 50% of booking total
Repeat customers 20% of booking total

7 days or under from start date of booking

New customers non refundable
Repeat customers non refundable

Arrival home before scheduled visits are completed = non refundable

In the event of a natural disaster or severe weather conditions which either prevents you from travelling or if you return home early, a credit will be put on your account
