We usually require a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice, but will try and accommodate your request if we are available. How do I pay for my booking? New customers: A 20% deposit is required at the consultation to secure your booking and the balance to be paid prior to your departure by cash, cheque or by direct credit. Existing Customers: You may leave cash or a cheque for us to collect at our first pet sitting visit or pay by direct credit. Please make cheques payable to Pet Sitters NZ Full payment is required in advance. Please also see our cancellation policy so that you are informed of our expectations in the event that you wish to cancel a booking. You can find this in the menu to the left. |
